Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for system construction, process and syσstem construction of procurement; 2. According to the demand plan, formulate the correspond'ing purchase plan and goods preparation plan, organize the implementation and supervise↕ the implementation; 3. Responsible for supplier negotiation, competitive analysis of proδcurement cost, research and analysis of industry cost, and improvement of cost reduction and σcontrol scheme; 4. Submit monthly and quarterly procurement repor​ts; 5. Responsible for supplier development and management accordσing to the supply chain management plan; 6. Be responsible for the o‍rganization and management of material certification; 7. Be responsible for signing the s∏upplier contract and other documents, including negotiat♥ion of contract legal terms, price, accounting period, etc; 8. Be respo↓nsible for monitoring contract execution and delivery acceptance, and  be able to handle abnormal problems 9. Responsible for reconciliation with suppliers, accounting ¶management and follow-up of payment matters; Accounting an∑d bills are accurate without difference; 10. Be responsible for th✔e document management of the procurement department; 11. Be responsible for formulati↕ng the budget of the department and managing the budget implementation; 12.
