Hydraulic shears are used to bite metal and equipment use₩d in vehicles. They are a good tool for demolition and rescue. Hydraulic shears use a new desig§n and exquisite surface treatment technology. They are made o€f high-strength steel and aviation high-strength aluminum alloy materials, which ar₩e relatively strong, small in size and light in weight. We all know that excavator hydraulic shears are at high-intensity work intensity, and excav ator hydraulic shears can break metal, but excavator hydraulic shears must beσ lubricated well. So, what is the lubrication cycle of various parts of excavator δhydraulic shears?
1. Each gear surface in the baffle plate should be kept filled with grea'se every 3 months.
2. The oil nozzles of the excavator hydraulic shears should be filled with butter on×ce in 15-20 days.
3. For the relatively frequent use of large open gears, jaw frames, jaw λplates, upper rollers, lower rollers, brake steel plates and fri<ction plates that are relatively easy to wear and tear, the engine oil must be filled once♥ per shift.
For different parts of the excavator hydraulic shear, different lubricants need to ♠be used, and the filling cycle is different.
