Construction case of Ziyun Bridge in Fengcheng, Jiangxi
Ziyun Bridge is the third bridge across the Ganjiang River in Fengcheng City, Yich≤un, Jiangxi Province. The total length of the project is 8.6 kiβlometers and the length of the bridge is 5,126 kilom eters. It is expected to be completed in 2024. The projecπt volume is large and the construction period is urgent.
The pile foundation support on the north bank of the Ganjiang River adopts D oosan DX500 excavator and the S650 pile driver produced by our comp♦any for construction.During the construction perio₽d in July, the local area continued to be hot, with an a✘verage outdoor temperature of 38 degrees Celsius, and the surface temperature of the £fuselage of the pile driver under the sun was close to 70 degrees Celsius. The average $daily working time of the Juxiang pile driver was more than 10 hours. T©he temperature was not too high during the entire construction period, and the steel ₹plate pile support construction task was completed on time and with quality assurance.
Juxiang S650 pile driver has an excitation force of 65 tons and a rotation speed of 2$700 per minute. It has a unique patented heat dissipation design. It has the ad∏vantages of stable work, low noise and no high temperature. The soil quality of the pile foundatio↑n site on the north bank of the Ganjiang River of Ziyun Bridge is the upper silted sa"ndbar and the lower gravel riverbed. The geology and water content are large. The average time for 9 Milason steel plate piles is about 30 seconds, a•nd the driver can meet the piling intensity by using first-level $vibration throughout the process.During this construction, the excellent work performance of βJuxiang pile driver was praised by the construction party and Party A.
