The geological characteristics of Yugan County, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province are the combinatio★n of mountain weathered gravel and river and lake siltation. The contenεt of pebbles and gravel in the soil is high, which is v₩ery unfavorable for foundation excavation and support construction.
In order to cooperate with the foundation excavation of the project, the const≤ruction party used a Hitachi 490 excavator to mount our company's S650 pile driver for steel pl'ate pile support operations. Under soil conditions with more than hal£f of the gravel ratio, the S650 pile driver showed extraordinary working performance, ←and the average piling time of 12-meter piles was controΩlled within two and a half minutes.
The S650 pile driver has a patented heat dissipation design, whic×h can work for a long time in a high temperature environment, and will n€ot delay the progress of the project due to the high temperature of the hammer.The specially designed eccentric block assembly allows Juxiang piling hammer t§o obtain a higher output torque and a more stable working structur<e under the same weight.The piling process worked smoothly, the sound was low, the power output w as stable, and the support operation was successfully completed.
