The Comprehensive pipe corridor project of Neian Avenue in Xiang'an District, Xiamen City is anφ important people's livelihood project in Xiamen City. The amount of projectβs is huge and the construction period is tight. The progress of the support project at the co↑nstruction site fundamentally affects the progress of the overall project. In order to meet this challenge, the engineering contractor decisively used the Carter 34≈9 excavator to mount the Juxiang S650 pile driver to$ undertake the project.

The geological structure of this place has obvious characteristics of erosion platform. The und'erground soil is mainly composed of granite weathered residual lateri'te, which is dense and mixed with a large amount of brecc×ia and coarse sand, and the structural characteristics of the origi‌nal rock are relatively obvious.This soil quality is very blocking to the pi¶ling operation of Larsen steel plate piles.

In order to carry out the smooth construction, a lead-hole drilling rig was used to assist. In t§he piling operation, certain challenges are still enc✔ountered. The average piling time of 12-meter steel plate piles is c♦ontrolled at about 1-2 minutes, while other brands ‌of piling machines used in different bidding segments have encountered unprecπedented difficulties. It can be seen from the comparison video below that at thαe same construction site, other brands of piling machines have repeatedly piled and p ulled piles, and the excavator tilted its head. The piling operation is still difficult, which sho¥ws that Juxiang piling machines have obvious advantages in the construction of hard sεoil.
